You need to have a proven track record of successfully completing complicated, often highly technical, commercial construction projects to an exceptionally high standard. Throughout your career, you have been handpicked to manage projects that involve a lot of detail, such as hospitals, data centres, laboratories, high- security buildings, universtities or schools. You have built up an enviable reputation as a Site Manager workig for top-tier or medium-tier builders. You have probably been faithful to only a few employers and are interested to move roles because you need to be further challenged or want a change of scene after a long time with one employer.
