Are you a driven individual with a passion for the legal field? We're seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of a bustling practice in Perth CBD. The Role:

Collaborating closely with the other Legal Administrative Assistants this role is full time working across insurance matters. You'll provide essential support to our team of Partners and Lawyers, tackling a diverse array of tasks and challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

Efficiently managing diaries and scheduling appointments

Handling monthly billing processes

Drafting court documents and correspondence

Coordinating with our national offices

Offering ad hoc administrative assistance

The Ideal Candidate:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary

Demonstrated ability to support multiple fee earners in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in using document management systems
