Harding & Drougas, a national distributor serving the sign and display sector, seeks a commercially astute sales leader to unite the NSW team and steer the next growth phase.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead eight salespeople, coach on customer calls, protect margins, and expand key accounts while staying close to market needs.

This hands-on role offers a solid base package with super, STI, and a company vehicle or car allowance, commensurate with experience.
