Shape the Green Transition
Want to build a sustainable, tech-driven future? Join Lynas Rare Earths as we accelerate our global expansion and redefine the critical minerals landscape.
As the world’s only significant producer of separated rare earth materials outside of China—boasting a 25+ year life of mine—we are foundational to the global green transition. Our materials power next-gen, future-facing tech, from advanced electronics and wind turbines to electric vehicles (EVs).
At Lynas, we ditch the rigid corporate hierarchy and operate in a tight-knit, collaborative team where psychological safety, inclusion, and mentorship are centric to our culture. This is your chance to bring your authentic self to work, own your space, and learn directly from industry pioneers.
