The mandate Build and coach a small FDE pod to own deployment and adoption of an AI and data platform across multiple Australian enterprise customers. This is a customer vacancy managed through Balncs. The successful candidate will work close to customer teams while maintaining strong production-engineering standards and a explicit feedback path into the underlying platform. What you will own
• Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
• Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer environment.
• Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
• Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook. Evidence we are looking for




• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Prior FDE, implementation or consulting experience
• People or technical team leadership
