113 Queen St, Melbourne, VIC 3000 Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in hotel management Citi Club Hotel is looking for a energetic and visionary Hotel Manager to drive overall operational performance and champion exceptional guest experiences. Managing a multi-faceted property featuring modern rooms, on-site dining and nightlife, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of hospitality while maximizing profitability and staff engagement. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing daily hotel operations and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered to guests
• Managing and supervising hotel staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasting hotel revenues
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors,



and suppliers
• Implementing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining and monitoring hotel facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
• Preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or relevant area of study Other Skills &

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in hotel management
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficient in using hotel management software (Especially RMS) and systems
