• Experience in an HR advisory, generalist or business partnering role
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, ER/IR principles, Awards and Enterprise Agreements
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting performance, conduct and other employee relations matters
• The ability to balance employee experience, business needs and risk management
• A practical, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
