- Level 2 position (Part-Time) (Canberra Dickson ACT) /n

- Remote and onsite user support and assistance; /n
- Daily systems maintenance and performance checks; /n
- Backup checks and remediation; /n
- Desktop device installation, configuration and support; /n
- Liaison with 3rd party vendors; and Travelling to client sites to provide technical assistance. /n /n In addition: /n /n
- You must be an Australian Citizen /n
- You must hold a valid Australian driver's license; /n
- Have unrestricted access to your own vehicle; and /n

experience:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following attributes: /n /n
- Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 IT Support role; /n
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and applications, networking, general software and hardware, and /n
- Active Directory; Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers and network equipment; /n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; /n
- A solid customer focused approach; /n
- A strong work ethic; A great team player; and /n
- A positive "can do" attitude. /n
- Diploma or higher level study in ICT recommended. /n /n /n
