TCertificate III in ESI – Transmission Overhead Trainer / AssessorIronbark Training – Wagga Wagga, NSW Contract | $100–$150 per hour | Flexible arrangements Ironbark Training is seeking an experienced Transmission Lineworker / Trainer & Assessor to join our growing transmission training team. We are looking for someone with substantial hands-on experience in the transmission overhead industry who can bring real-world knowledge into vocational training and assessment. Ironbark delivers training and assessment across major transmission and infrastructure projects throughout NSW, including Certificate II and Certificate III ESI transmission qualifications, high-risk training and Verification of Competency (VOC) programs.

About the role
The position will involve:
• Delivering and assessing UET30521 Certificate III in ESI – Transmission Overhead
• Supporting delivery of UET20422 Certificate II in Transmission Line Construction
• Conducting workplace and practical assessments
• Reviewing workplace evidence and trainee logbooks
• Conducting VOC assessments across transmission activities and equipment
• Working with apprentices, experienced lineworkers and project personnel
• Maintaining high standards of assessment evidence and RTO compliance
• Working both from our Wagga Wagga training facility and on major project sites What we're looking for You will ideally have:
• Certificate III qualification and extensive industry experience as a Transmission Lineworker




• Robust practical knowledge of transmission line construction, maintenance, stringing and associated plant and equipment
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent/current training and assessment credential
• Strong understanding of competency-based training and assessment
• Excellent documentation and compliance standards
• Ability to work confidently with apprentices and experienced industry personnel
