Site Supervisor – Civil & Bulk Earthworks

ThisisagreatopportunityforaSupervisorwhowantsmorethanjusttickingboxes,you’llhavegenuineresponsibilityforyoursites,workcloselywiththeProjectManagerandseniorleadershipteam,andplayakeyroleinsuccessfulprojectdelivery.

TheRole

You’lltakechargeoftheday-to-dayrunningofyoursite,ensuringworksaredeliveredsafely,efficientlyandtoprogram.

Keyresponsibilities:

- Manageday-to-daysiteoperationsacrosscivilandbulkearthworksprojects
- Ensureworksaredeliveredsafely,efficientlyandtoprogram
- Readandinterpretprojectplansandspecifications
- WorkcloselywithProjectManagers,Engineersandsubcontractors
- EnsureWHSandenvironmentalrequirementsaremet

- Ensureworksaredeliveredsafely,efficientlyandtoprogram
- Readandinterpretprojectplansandspecifications
- Monitorqualityandprojectrequirements
- WorkcloselywithProjectManagers,Engineersandsubcontractors
- Identifyandresolveissuesonsite
- Maintainsiterecords,documentationandreporting
- EnsureWHSandenvironmentalrequirementsaremet
