BEC + BRIDGE is seeking an experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee six NSW boutiques, coaching Boutique Managers and building a high-performance sales culture. You will drive results on the shop floor with a strong emphasis on service, loyalty, and brand experience.
You will report to the National Retail Manager, spend time on the floor, and lead through robust people leadership, with a dedicated admin day for planning and rostering. This is a hands-on, premium fashion leadership role.
