This role will see you resolving enquiries, processing transactions, and using multiple systems to deliver accurate, timely and customer-focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- You will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced workplace while building positive relationships, solving problems and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Working as part of a team delivering customer support through a busy multi-channel contact centre, you'll assist internal and external customers across phone, live chat and administrative channels.
