JDW Custom Fabrication on the Sunshine Coast seeks a Metal Fabricator/Welder Leading Hand. This hands-on role covers cutting, welding, assembling metal components from drawings and leading a workshop team in a busy facility.

You will perform MIG and TIG welds, interpret blueprints, and assist with in office installations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and high-quality finishes. 4 years of trade experience and strong teamwork are essential for success.
