Mini Masterminds Liverpool is seeking a passionate Full-Time Room Leader to guide a classroom of young learners in a 79‑place centre, ensuring protected, high‑quality education and care.
You will mentor educators, plan and evaluate EYLF-aligned programs, and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to uphold NQF standards while building strong relationships with families.
Applicants should hold ACECQA‑approved qualification, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and 5+ years in ECEC with 1–2 years in leadership.
