Bluebird is seeking two Business Development Representatives in Sydney to own end-to-end pipeline creation in a quick-growing fintech. You will prospect daily, research accounts, and drive opportunities with a phone-first approach.

You will operate across Australia, chase monthly targets, and receive coaching in a collaborative environment. This role offers a $70k base plus 70/30 commission, with hybrid work and growth potential.
