Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the FlexConnect pool in Sydney West, delivering high-quality clinical care to aged care residents. Expect adaptable shifts, up to 76 hours per fortnight, and ongoing coaching.
You will lead care planning, manage wounds and medications, support AN-ACC assessments, collaborate with health professionals and families, supervise care workers, and uphold Uniting's values of compassion, respect and inclusivity.
