- Drive operational excellence – ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including stock management and store presentation /n
- Support commercial outcomes – contribute to achieving sales targets, managing stock and minimising waste /n

- Previous experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role /n
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team /n

- Results-driven with the ability to balance operational and commercial priorities /n
- Proactive, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment /n
