/n Sales & Applications Engineer
- Actrol/n Turn your refrigeration experience into influence through a technical career with one of Australia’s leading HVAC-R suppliers. /n /n Actrol is seeking an experienced refrigeration professional to join our National Sales & Application Engineering team. You’ll work directly with customers, branches and suppliers to deliver practical solutions, technical support and grow capital equipment opportunities. /n /n WHAT YOU’LL DO /n /n In this role you’ll help customers find the right refrigeration solution and accessories by bringing together technical knowledge, practical advice and a strong service mindset. You will also: /n /n /n
- Complete heat-load calculations, equipment selections and quotations /n
- Provide troubleshooting support across for diverse refrigeration applications /n
- Assist with onsite commissioning and customer training /n
- Build relationships with customers, branches, consultants and suppliers /n
- Identify project and capital equipment opportunities /n
- Stay current with refrigeration technology,
refrigerants and industry trends /n /n /n WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR /n /n Someone who has strong commercial refrigeration knowledge and practical experience, along with: /n /n /n
- A refrigeration trade qualification or relevant engineering background /n
- Confidence with equipment selection, system application and fault-finding /n
- Strong communication, customer service and commercial awareness /n
