- 5:30pm or 11:00am
- 8:00pm, or an evening shift 7:00pm
- Midnight 4 on 4 off​ covering the 7 day week (All roles required for at least 2 weeks full time training, Monday
- Friday 9am
- 5pm from start date)
- Hourly rate: £12.88 per hour

McCarthy House, Ringwood, BH24 3FA ​ Do you want a role where you can make a difference? ​ What you’ll be doing as a Call Operator Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice.
- Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform
- Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents ​ What we are looking for
- Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector
- Excellent communication skills. Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in a crisis and great problem-solving
- Someone with an empathetic approach
