We are absolutely thrilled to be seeking dedicated professionals to join our Casual Pool as After-Hours Coordinators This is your chance to step into a vital leadership role where you'll provide exceptional operational oversight across our hospital after hours. /n This fantastic position offers you the wonderful opportunity to provide meaningful mentorship to team members while maintaining continuity of care and service quality during the absence of senior management. /n We're looking for someone spectacular who has: /n /n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse /n
- Previous coordinator or similar role experience is desirable /n
- ALS accredited or willing to complete the same /n
- Proven leadership and management experience in healthcare /n
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills /n
- Supportive and guiding approach to leading staff /n
