Your compassion, professionalism, and communication skills will help create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors. /n

About the Role
/n Working as part of a busy specialist and emergency hospital, you will: /n /n
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism /n
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries /n
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and admissions /n
- Support emergency presentations and patient arrivals /n
- Assist with estimates, billing, and payment processing /n
- Communicate effectively with veterinarians, nurses, and support teams /n
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation /n
- Help deliver an exceptional experience throughout every stage of the client journeyAbout You /n /n You are an experienced customer service professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing roles /n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills /n
- Excellent organisational and administration abilities /n
- A calm, professional, and compassionate approach /n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team /n
