About the role
/n We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Trade Retail Assistant at our store location in Brooklyn. Specialising in knowledge based on tools such as Bosch, Milwauke etc. /n As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product inquiries, carrying out sales transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. /n Responsibilities /n /n
- Processing sales transactions /n
- Providing advice and information on products /n
- Supporting customer queries and offering solutions /n
- Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store /n
- Processing and maintaining customer orders /n /n Requirements /n /n
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service as well as operations /n
- Working well in a team environment and individually /n
- Previous retail/or trade experience required (minimum 2 years
- rapid-moving consumer goods) /n
- Computer literacy /n
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate /n
