Your Store. Your Team. Your Results./n As our Store Team Leader, you’ll take responsibility for the performance and day-to-day leadership of the store. /n /n You’ll: /n /n
- Lead, coach and develop your team to perform at their best /n
- Drive sales performance and create genuine accountability around KPIs /n




- Lead from the front and demonstrate what great customer engagement looks like /n
- Build a positive, energetic and performance-focused store culture /n
- Coach team members in sales, product knowledge, customer service and operational standards /n
- Recognise performance gaps early and take action to improve them /n
- Keep the team focused, motivated and clear on expectations /n
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the store /n
- Maintain solid standards across merchandising, stock, cash, security and compliance /n
- Work closely with your Area Manager and wider PTC team to deliver results /n
- Learn and support PTC’s device repair offering as part of our broader customer experience /n /n /n You do not need to arrive as a phone repair expert. /n /n We can teach technology, products, systems and processes. /n /n What is much harder to teach is leadership, accountability, commercial drive and the ability to get people behind you. The Person We’re Looking For/n Forget the perfect CV for a moment. /n We’re interested in the person behind it. /n You could currently be a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, 2IC or an experienced retail leader ready for your next challenge. /n /n What matters is that you: /n /n
- Know how to lead people, not just supervise shifts /n
- Enjoy sales and understand what drives strong retail performance /n




- Can coach someone who isn’t performing rather than avoiding the conversation /n
- Set clear expectations and hold people accountable /n
- Lead from the front rather than managing from the sidelines /n
- Are confident talking to customers and building rapport /n
- Have the resilience to handle busy days, competing priorities and the occasional curveball /n
- Take ownership when something isn’t working /n
- Are commercially minded and motivated by results /n
- Are comfortable learning technology and new systems /n
- Bring energy and personality to your team /n
