- Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth /n
- Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma) /n
- Keep workflows effective and organised /n
- Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly /n
- Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need /n /n /n What You’ll Bring: /n /n
- A caring, empathetic communication style /n
- Advanced computer and keyboarding skills /n
- Great problem-solving and time management abilities /n
- A positive, proactive attitude /n
