Part Time /n Compensation: $17 per hour /n Schedule/Availability: /n
· Must be available and able to work weekends (sat AND sun) regularly. /n
· Must have availability to work a minimum of 2 days per week. /n
· Must be able to work 16 hours per week on average, with the ability to flex to 24 hours. /n
· Must be available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change). /n
· You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance. /n Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed. /n ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /n Sales & Client Experience /n
· Lead by example in achieving daily sales and conversion goals. /n
· Deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on products, memberships, and treatments. /n
· Support clinic-wide retention and loyalty programs through relationship building and consistent follow-up. /n
· Reinforce Skin Laundry’s service standards and brand values during every client interaction. /n Operational Execution /n
· Support opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation, invoice closeout, and clinic readiness. /n
· Maintain accurate inventory levels by assisting with restocking, receiving shipments, and product counts. /n
· Ensure cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards are consistently met. /n
· Execute operational checklists and compliance tasks as directed by the ACM or CM. /n Team Support & Peer Leadership /n
· Provide on-the-floor coaching and real-time feedback to Sales Associates. /n
· Support onboarding and training of new team members under ACM/CM guidance. /n




· Act as a point of contact for questions or issues during assigned shifts and escalate to leadership as appropriate. /n
· Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages collaboration and growth. /n Compliance & Safety /n
· Follow and reinforce all operational policies and loss prevention procedures. /n
· Report any safety, compliance, or operational concerns promptly. /n
· Maintain professional conduct consistent with Skin Laundry’s standards of integrity and respect. /n MARGINAL FUNCTIONS /n
· Participate in regional meetings, trainings, or team events as assigned. /n
· Assist with in-clinic activations, promotional events, or marketing initiatives. /n
· Provide occasional coverage for peer shifts to ensure continuous operations. /n REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES /n Technical & Operational /n
· Intermediate knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and cash handling. /n
· Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling and sales software. /n
· Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare and client education. /n Interpersonal & Leadership /n
· Advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to coach peers and foster teamwork. /n
· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. /n
· Reliable, proactive, and accountable in daily execution. /n Experience & Education /n
· Minimum 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or service experience required.
