Job Description
/n Construction Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities/n /n
- Compile and plan budget, cost estimates, and other financial estimates /n
- Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors /n
- Develop construction project with architect, engineers, and trade workers /n
- Order and manage materials and equipment /n
- Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory /n
- Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments /n
- Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met /n
- Perform the tasks of a cost estimator /n
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget /n /n Construction Project Manager Requirements and Qualifications/n /n /n
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university /n
- Three years’ experience as a construction manager or in a similar position in construction management /n
- Able to multitask, prioritize,



and manage time efficiently /n
- Able to manage team of employees and multiple projects /n
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets /n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills /n
- Accurate and exact attention to detail /n
- Goal-oriented and organized leadership /n
- Able to analyze problems and strategise for better solutions /n
- In-depth understanding of the construction industry /n
- Self-motivated and self-directed /n
- Computer

Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software preferred /n
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules /n
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations /n
