As we continue to grow, we’re also creating new opportunities for our people to develop, specialise and build rewarding careers. /n The opportunity/n Do you have experience in financial planning, Centrelink or client administration and want to develop a specialist skill set? /n /n We’re looking for a Junior Associate to join our Centrelink team and support clients and advisers with Centrelink applications, administration and ongoing client matters. /n /n You’ll work closely with our Centrelink specialist and Financial Advisers, building your technical knowledge while gaining hands-on experience across a range of Centrelink matters. /n /n This could be a great next step if you’ve started your career in financial planning, worked with Centrelink, or have relevant client administration experience and are looking to develop a specialisation. /n The impact you’ll have/n You’ll help keep Centrelink matters moving for our clients and advice teams by: /n /n
- preparing and progressing Centrelink applications, reviews and supporting documentation; /n
- communicating with clients about information, documentation and application progress; /n
- liaising with Centrelink and other relevant stakeholders; /n




- maintaining accurate client records and managing allocated matters through to completion; and /n
- supporting the Centrelink team with systems, processes and ongoing administration. /n /n As your knowledge develops, you’ll have the prospect to take greater ownership of routine Centrelink matters while continuing to be supported on more complex or technical cases. /n What you’ll bring/n You don’t need to be a Centrelink expert or come from a financial planning background. /n /n We’re looking for someone who brings 6-12 months of relevant experience in financial planning, Centrelink, financial services or client administration, along with: /n /n
- strong organisation and attention to detail; /n
- confidence communicating with clients and internal teams; /n
- the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes; and /n
