- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. A typical day will involve: /n
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. /n
- Processing quotations and orders for customers /n

- Providing a professional and friendly relationship with customers /n
- Following up on customer enquiries and quotes /n
- Greeting customers when they enter the store /n
- This role involves a rotating weekend roster. /n /n /n Skills and Experience /n /n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role /n
- Have a good team work ethic /n




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills /n
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment /n
- Problem solving skills and high level of attention to detail /n
- Intermediate mathematics skills /n
