- Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting /n
- Handling Different PC Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8 and 10) /n
- Performing Hardware Software Installation ( understanding of deployment tools like SCCM) /n
- Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies /n
- Printer support /n
- Positive knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting /n
- Excellent customer service and people skills /n
- Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services /n
- Advanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems /n
- Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure /n /n Personal Attributes: /n /n
- Excellent End-user computing skills. /n
- Good knowledge of Infrastructure support. /n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities /n
- Well-organized and extremely detail-oriented /n
- Strong customer service ethic and great communication skills, both oral and written /n

- PC Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification /n
- CompTIA A+ Certification /n
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area /n
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification /n /n Experience in a similar role /n /n
- 1 year of relevant experience. /n
