We partner with organizations to design, build, and scale secure, high-performance cloud environments that enable innovation and business growth. /n /n /n Role Overview/n /n We are seeking an experienced AWS Program Manager to lead and oversee large-scale AWS cloud programs across multiple work streams, clients, and delivery teams. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can bridge technical cloud delivery with business outcomes, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. /n The AWS Program Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, stakeholders, and clients to drive successful cloud transformation initiatives across the region. /n /n /n

Key Responsibilities

- /n Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud programs, managing multiple projects and work streams concurrently /n
- /n Define program governance, delivery frameworks, milestones, and reporting structures /n
- /n Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders /n
- /n Collaborate with AWS architects and engineering teams to align technical delivery with business objectives /n
- /n Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and resourcing across programs /n
- /n Ensure adherence to AWS best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements /n
- /n Drive continuous improvement across cloud delivery processes and methodologies /n




- /n Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, risks, and outcomes /n
- /n Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimations, and client presentations where required /n /n /n /n /n /n Key Requirements/n /n /n /n
- /n Proven experience as a Program Manager delivering large-scale AWS cloud programs /n
- /n Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud architectures, and migration strategies /n
- /n Experience managing cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams /n
- /n Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive clients /n
- /n Strong financial, risk, and governance management experience /n
- /n Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills /n /n /n /n /n /nRequirementsQualifications & Certifications (Preferred)/n /n /n
- /n AWS Certification (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Practitioner) /n
