/n /n /n We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Shift Leader to join our franchise team. /n As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members. /n /n
- Oversee and coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality standards /n
- Lead, motivate, and support team members to achieve individual and collective goals /n
- Manage staff schedules and allocate tasks effectively to optimise productivity /n
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies /n
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently /n
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management /n
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work setting /n
- Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching to existing staff /n
- Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improve operational processes /n
- Prepare and submit accurate shift reports and other relevant documentation /n /n /n /n Qualifications/n /n /n /n
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service or retail sector /n
- Demonstrated track record of providing outstanding customer service /n
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain) /n
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (or willingness to complete the course) /n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team /n
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills /n
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends /n
- Basic computer literacy for managing schedules, reports, and other administrative tasks /n
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment /n
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation /n /n /n
