/n We are seeking compassionate and experienced High Intensity Support Workers and Enrolled Nurses to provide specialised care and support to a paediatric client based in Ellenbrook. /n /n This is an chance to make a meaningful difference by supporting a young client with complex care needs in a safe, caring, and family-focused environment. /n /n

About the Role
/n /n We are looking for dedicated team members to provide overnight clinical support, ensuring our client’s health, safety, and comfort throughout the night. /n /n Available shifts: /n /n Night shifts: 9:00pm – 6:00am /n Monday to Sunday availability /n /n Essential Clinical Skills & Experience /n /n Applicants must have experience with: /n /n /n
- Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV) support /n
- Nasogastric (NG) tube management /n
- Oxygen therapy /n
- High-intensity supports and complex care requirements /n
- Paediatric care and clinical monitoring /n /n /n Our client has a diagnosis of Crouzon Syndrome, and we are seeking skilled and compassionate professionals who can provide consistent, person-centred care. /n /n About You /n /n You will have: /n /n /n
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse /n
- Experience supporting clients with complex medical needs /n
- Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail /n
- A calm, caring, and reliable approach /n
