/n 13th October, 2026/n Yo-Bar is an Australian frozen yoghurt retailer offering a wide selection of frozen yoghurt flavours, including açaí, classic favourites and seasonal varieties. Customers can choose from a range of flavours to create their preferred frozen yoghurt experience. /n Yo-Bar is currently seeking an experienced Retail Manager for a permanent full-time position in Cheltenham, VIC. /n The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day retail operations, supervising staff, managing stock and maintaining high standards of customer service, product presentation and store organisation. /n
Key Responsibilities

- Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the retail store. /n
- Supervising, training and coordinating staff to ensure efficient customer service. /n
- Preparing staff rosters and allocating daily duties according to operational requirements. /n
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating the ordering, receiving and storage of products and supplies. /n
- Maintaining product displays, store presentation and merchandising standards. /n
- Monitoring sales performance, stock movements and operational costs. /n
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and responding to customer enquiries and feedback. /n
- Coordinating staff activities to maintain efficient service and customer flow. /n
- Maintaining accurate sales, stock and operational records. /n
- Implementing store procedures and maintaining consistent operational standards. /n
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation throughout the premises. /n
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements. /n About You /n /n
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role. /n
- Strong leadership, staff supervision and team coordination skills. /n
- Experience in retail operations, stock control and customer service. /n
- Good understanding of product presentation and merchandising standards. /n
- Strong organisational and time management skills. /n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. /n
- Ability to monitor sales performance and resolve day-to-day operational issues. /n
- Strong attention to detail and a skilled approach. /n
- Ability to work effectively in a busy customer-facing retail environment. /n
