Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio through structured outbound sales activity /n




- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and product penetration across accounts /n
- Build rapport and trust with clients through consistent follow-up and proactive engagement /n
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide timely, accurate information and support /n
- Collaborate with marketing to prepare proposals, quotes, and promotional materials /n
- Maintain accurate customer data and call records in the CRM /n
