About the role
/n We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our Perth team. /n In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and ensure customers have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service to create the optimal experience. /n
- Utilise your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve daily and weekly sales targets. /n
- Ensure accurate completion of sales order paperwork and internal documentation for timely order processing. /n
- Maximise sales through effective selling techniques, including room solutions and add-on sales. /n
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy. /n About You/n /n
- Previous sales experience, ideally selling furniture or high-value items such as jewellery, cars, bedding, luxury goods / travel /n
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm, especially during busy periods. /n
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. /n
- Open to feedback and eager to learn, demonstrating a growth mindset. /n
