/n Join the Micra Breadalbane Team – Customer Service Officer /n At Micra Breadalbane, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality automotive repairs—from minor touch-ups to major structural work. As an OEM-certified repairer for brands including Tesla, BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Subaru, and Volkswagen, we consistently meet the highest standards in precision and workmanship. /n Our expert team of 25 specialists operates in a modern workshop equipped with cutting-edge tools, including: /n /n
- 4 Car-O-Liner benches with state-of-the-art computerised measuring systems /n
- Car-O-Liner spot welders and MIG welders /n
- 3 spray booths and multiple preparation bays featuring advanced infrared technology /n /n

The Role: Customer Service Officer/n We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure a welcoming and customer-friendly setting /n
- Greet customers upon arrival /n
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process, including estimated completion times /n
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with our service /n
- Manage communication via phone and email /n




- Assist with inventory management (parts, paint, consumables, etc.) /n
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims and repair updates /n About You:/n /n
- Previous experience in a customer service role /n
- Professional, approachable, and confident in building strong relationships /n
- Proficient in computer systems and communication tools /n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills /n
- Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines /n
- A team player who works effectively with others /n
