Job Description
- As a Lead Developer you will develop solutions for Continuous Improvement items as defined/discussed with Senior Tech Lead from Group Property & Group Protective Services Technology team
- Groom Continuous Improvement items in JIRA and Confluence working along with Tech Lead
- Create a Change Implementation Plan (CIP)
- Implement the change on non-prod workplace
- Create a change for non-prod and prod. Coordinate with L3 team for CTASK creation for the Deployment
- Coordinate with Testing team (as applicable) for SIT and UAT
- Coordinate with Business to provide solution overview along with Tech Lead (so need a Lead Developer)
- Ability to work with vendor to discuss on solution/problem statement Primary

Skills:
- Min 10 years of IT experience
- Tech skills – VB.
Net, VB script, MS SQL or MySQL, Rest API, PowerShell, HTML
- Operating System: Basic awareness of Windows/Linux
- Knowledge of Jira,



Confluence Secondary Skills
- Good to have Tech

skills:
ServiceNow, DevOps, Bit Bucket, GIT, Splunk
- Good to have OS

skills:
Windows/Linux (example: IIS, TCP Ports, Registries, Firewall, Security (permissions), Active Directory, Able to verify logs, access system, able to run scripts, File systems, etc)
- Excellent communication skill both verbal and written, to coordinate with Business and Technology teams
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills
- Document the development work in Confluence, word doc.
- Proficient in Change Management skills
- Awareness of Agile methodology
- Abel to understand the bigger picture and prepare Impact analysis before providing solutions
