- $120,442.40 – ANUM Year 2/RPN3 Year 4
- $124,498.40 /n Position Purpose /n The Associate Nurse Unit Manager is a frontline nursing leadership role working closely with the Unit Manager to deliver high-quality clinical care, operational leadership and workforce management. /n ANUMs are responsible for coordinating shifts, supporting clinical governance, leading nursing teams and contributing to unit culture, quality improvement and service development. /n Essential Qualifications /n Candidates must possess: /n /n
- Current AHPRA registration /n
- Minimum Postgraduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (or recognised equivalent) /n
- Eligibility to work in Australia /n
- Ability to satisfy police and security screening requirements Meet immunisation requirements /n /n Preferred Experience /n Minimum Experience /n /n
- Typically 3+ years mental health nursing experience /n
- Minimum 2 years operating at senior clinician, team leader or acting ANUM level /n /n Highly Desirable Experience /n /n
- Forensic mental health /n
