/n Great opportunity to take this store to next level /n /n We are looking for a natural leader who is passionate about team collaboration and development, together with providing a memorable shopping experience for our customers. /n /n As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring profitability, staff training, great customer service and brand consistency just to name a few. /n /n Your ability to lead, coach and inspire your team will be essential to achieving further success in this fast-paced retail setting. /n /n This is a great opportunity to shape our high performing team and take ownership of this store and further guide the team, whilst watching your shoe collection increase /n /n

Key Responsibilities
/n /n
- Create an empowering team environment to deliver outstanding results /n
- Managing day to day operations, including stock management and visual merchandising /n
- Ensuring OH&S; and company policy compliance /n
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and build a loyal customer network /n
- Initiate and implement strategies to achieve KPI’s and drive improvements /n
- Recruitment of team when required /n
- Provide a supportive and engaging environment for the team so they enjoy coming to work /n /n What we ask you to bring to the role: /n /n
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team (minimum 3 years) /n
- Proven ability to engage and motivate your team to achieve KPIs /n




- A passion for retail and providing superior customer experiences /n
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills /n
- Competency in stock management and operational efficiency /n
- An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build great team dynamics /n
- Excellent communication skills /n
- Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with flexibility to alter your roster 5 times per year /n /n
