- undertake analysis, design, development, prototyping, testing and maintenance activities /n
- provide support to development teams to create ICT solutions /n
- perform analysis of technical requirements to support project evaluation with proposed solutions /n
- define software and technical designs for the realisation of high complexity custom solutions or conversion and migration solutions /n
- ensure excellent quality and maintain high standards in software development /n
- provide go-live support and maintenance for developments /n
- escalate issues as identified and suggest alternative approaches /n
- propose and facilitate cutting-edge solutions to meet enterprise and user requirements /n
- ensure compliance with endorsed software development methodologies /n




- provide comprehensive technical support to senior staff /n
- monitor workloads to ensure business goals are achieved /n
- ensure work aligns with processes and overall delivery outcomes /n
- perform cost analysis activities as required /n
- develop documentation for review by senior staff including technical documentations and progress reports /n
- collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely implementation of projects /n
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of ICT policies and processes and transfer knowledge to other team members /n
- exercise appropriate delegation in accordance with legislations and guidelines. /n /n Required
