/n Description/n /n Purpose of this role: /n As the Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships while supporting the Senior Key Account Managers with day-to-day account management tasks. Key responsibilities

- Assist in managing a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. /n
- Serve and assist as a primary & secondary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner. /n
- Support Key Account Managers in preparing reports, presentations, and account reviews. /n
- Own the internal processes for the accounts and support the key account manager. /n
- Collaborate with internal teams, including presales engineering, supply chain, and project delivery, to ensure client needs are met. /n




- Contribute to the strategic account plans of the set accounts supporting the KAM. /n
- Conduct account research and mapping of accounts. /n
- Support Key account manager with contract reviews and negotiations. /n
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities and help expand relationships. /n
- Assist in RFQs and negotiations as needed. /n
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems. /n
- Help identify potential areas for process improvement in client management. /n
- Attend client meetings (virtually or in person) alongside Senior Key Account Managers. /n
- Support bid management teams with project kick offs, tender review documentation and submission documents are to a high standard. /n /n WHS, Environment & Quality: /n /n
