BlueCare, part of UnitingCare Queensland, seeks a Clinical Nurse to lead community-based nursing in Mount Warren Park and surrounds. You will manage client portfolios, mentor frontline staff, and provide high-quality care in clients' homes, supporting independence and comfort.

You will review care plans, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive service delivery that aligns with accreditation standards and secure, person-centred practice.
