About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused Field Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is a key role within Harbour Dental Lab.



You'll be responsible for developing new relationships with dental practices, strengthening existing customer relationships and helping clinics discover how Harbour Dental Lab can improve their laboratory experience.

You'll spend your time out in the field meeting with dentists, practice managers and clinical support staff. You'll introduce them to our laboratory, understand their current challenges, identify opportunities and build relationships that develop into long-term partnerships.

This isn't about simply making a sale and moving on to the next customer.

We believe the best salespeople genuinely understand their customers, earn their trust and become a valuable partner to their business. You'll work closely with our Customer Care, Production and Management teams to ensure the experience you promise in the field is delivered throughout the entire customer journey.

You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact as we continue expanding our customer base across NSW and, ultimately, Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with dental practices.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dentists, practice owners and practice teams.
- Visit dental practices regularly and represent Harbour Dental Lab professionally in the field.
- Introduce prospective customers to our laboratory,



products, services and capabilities.
- Understand each practice's needs and identify opportunities where Harbour Dental Lab can add value.
- Follow up with prospective customers and manage the sales process from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Grow revenue and customer numbers within your territory.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify opportunities to strengthen those relationships.
- Work closely with our Customer Care and Production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Attend dental industry events, meetings and other opportunities to build relationships and represent the Harbour Dental Lab brand.
- Provide feedback from the market to help us continually improve our products, services and customer experience.
- Consistently represent Harbour Dental Lab's values, professionalism and commitment to exceptional customer service.

You're comfortable picking up the phone, walking into a practice and starting a conversation—and you're motivated by the opportunity to turn those conversations into long-term relationships.
