We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join Fleetwood Building Solutions in Queensland and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of education, government, social infrastructure and modular construction projects across the state.

This role is responsible for providing effective administrative and project support to our Operations team, ensuring project documentation, reporting, compliance requirements and stakeholder communications are managed accurately and efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.

What makes this opportunity different is the variety. Our Queensland business delivers a unique blend of modular and conventional construction projects across metropolitan, regional and remote locations.
No two days are the same, with exposure to a diverse range of project activities, stakeholders and project environments. You'll join a highly experienced team with a strong reputation for delivery, where your attention to detail, organisation skills and proactive approach will make a genuine impact on project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce regular and ad hoc project reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate and monitor project compliance documentation, including building certification and handover requirements.
- Compile, manage and archive project safety, quality and contract documentation.
- Liaise with project stakeholders,

subcontractors and internal teams to support project delivery.
- Generate, track, process and follow up project-related documentation and correspondence.
- Maintain project registers including defects, maintenance and compliance records.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, record minutes and distribute actions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate travel bookings and logistics in line with project requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by assisting with the development and enhancement of administrative systems and processes.
