Coral Homes is seeking a detail-oriented Building Approval Admin Officer to manage residential building approvals across QLD and NSW. This full time role is based at our Varsity Lakes head office, with standard hours and a focus on coordinating applications and ensuring compliant approvals.

You will collaborate with certifiers, councils and internal teams to keep approvals progressing smoothly, review plans, and maintain accurate records.
