Eastern Health is seeking an Associate Midwifery Manager for the Birthing Suite at Angliss Hospital in the Dandenong Ranges. The role supports the Midwifery Manager and leads midwifery staff to deliver secure, compassionate care and efficient ward operations.

You will ensure guideline compliance, drive quality improvement, manage staffing and workload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet service goals in a high‑quality maternity setting.
