Marsh is seeking a Case Manager to join the Plan Administration team in Australia. This hybrid role supports working in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with in-office presence at least three days per week.

You will liaise with customers, executors, beneficiaries, solicitors, advisers, insurers and the Trustee to manage claims for deceased estates, life, TPD and terminal illness. The role requires solid attention to detail and resilience.
