Job Description Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships and driving sustainable sales growth throughout your territory.

You'll work closely with customers, branch teams and supplier partners to deliver commercial outcomes and exceptional service while expanding JAS's presence across the Sydney market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and secure new business opportunities

Grow and retain existing customer accounts

Build solid relationships with workshops, trade customers,



fleet operators and key stakeholders

Develop and execute territory growth plans

Identify market opportunities and convert leads into sales

Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve growth targets

Partner with branch teams to maximise customer outcomes

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs

Provide sales forecasts and market insights

Qualifications To be successful, you'll bring:

Proven experience in business development, territory management, account management or sales

A track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships

Strong commercial and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

A proactive and self-motivated approach

The ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory

A current driver's licence

Experience within automotive, auto electrical, industrial, trade, transport, engineering, wholesale or related industries will be highly regarded. Candidates with strong business development experience from other sectors are also encouraged to apply.
