The Customer Engagement Experience Consultant

is the first point of contact and a welcoming voice for our customers. Based in Box Hill, this role forms an integral part of the Customer Service Team, communicating with customers daily in order to provide a game changing service. This role is a key support to our Job Coaches and the wider team, contributing meaningfully to the ultimate goal of placing our customers into sustainable employment.

About you:

Proven experience of working within a Customer Centric environment

Previous customer service experience (call centre experience preferred)

Demonstrated qualities of empathy, integrity and compassion

The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail in a high pressured environment

Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office





Action oriented, taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm

Customer focused, building strong Stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

Able to manage conflict
