You will work directly with Partners and have the opportunity to take ownership of transactions, utilising your strong drafting skills and commercial judgement.

About You We are seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel-level lawyer who has:

Strong experience within a leading Corporate & Commercial practice

Exposure to M&A; and complex commercial transactions

Excellent technical ability and drafting skills

The confidence to manage matters and work closely with Partners and clients

A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to operate autonomously

This role would suit a lawyer who enjoys working on sophisticated matters while remaining closely connected to clients and senior practitioners.
